If your purchase fails to meet your expectations, you can receive a refund of the product purchase price. Please contact us by email or phone and we’ll let you know how to send your merchandise back.

Unopened Merchandise
Any merchandise for which the original packaging is unopened may be returned to GLFTechnical within 30 days if accompanied by a Return Authorization Number obtained by email or via toll free number above. The purchase price, excluding original and return shipping charges will be refunded. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee on special order items.

Opened / As-New Merchandise
Products for which the original packaging has been opened may be returned to GLFTechnical within 30 days if accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. Opened merchandise must be returned in as-new condition, including the original box and all other original packaging, manuals and accessories. Fees imposed to us by our supplier to replace packaging, hardware, or printed materials will be deducted from the refund amount.

Defective Merchandise
For any product purchased from GLFTechnical to be determined defective must be returned and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number within the specified warranty period and terms. Products found to be non-defective, will be returned at customer’s expense.

Merchandise that has been modified or product is used in a manner inconsistent with instructions and specifications.

Any modifications done will void warranty and return privileges. If any of GLFTechnical products are used in a manner that is inconsistent with its instruction manual will void any and all warranty and return privileges.

Shipping Discrepancies
Shipping discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

Shipments Damaged in Transit
Any item damaged in transit must be reported to GLFTechnical within 5 days of delivery. All original packaging must be held with damaged item.

How to Return Merchandise
Contact our customer service representatives to receive a Return Authorization number at the above stated contact number or via email.

Please pack the product(s) to be returned tightly and with adequate protection. Be certain to get a tracking number from your shipper so you can monitor your package in transit. GLFTechnical is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit back to us. GLFTechnical is also not responsible for return shipping charges past the first 30 days.

International Orders: GLFTechnical is not responsible for return shipping costs, duties/taxes, or brokerage fees for any orders outside of the US. Products found to be defective from original workmanship will be replaced or credited, at customer request. Products found to be non-defective, will be returned to the customer at their expense.

If the Pro Shop Professional Grade Jack Stands fail to perform due to a defect in material or workmanship within 90 days from the date of purchase, contact us for a free replacement.

This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Professional Floor Jacks
If the Pro Shop Professional Grade Floor Jacks fail to perform due to a defect in material or workmanship within 90 days from the date of purchase, contact us for jack repair or in some circumstances a free replacement will be issued.

This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

REDISTART
If the REDISTART Jump Starter fails to perform due to a defect in material or workmanship within 90 days from the date of purchase, contact us for a free replacement.

This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
